What this notice covers
This notice explains how Callout handles information submitted through the Bristol early-access waitlist. It does not cover the future Callout marketplace, which will have its own notice before launch.
Information we collect
- Whether you are joining as a customer or trader.
- Your email address.
- The location or postcode you enter.
- Your selected trade, if you join as a trader.
- Your consent choice and the time of registration.
Why we use it
We use this information to manage early access, understand launch-area demand, send launch and service updates you requested, and apply the customer or trader launch benefit described on the waitlist page.
Storage and access
Registrations are stored in Supabase. Public visitors can submit a registration but cannot read, edit, or delete stored registrations. Access is limited to people authorised by Callout who need it for the purposes above. We do not sell waitlist information.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist information until the launch campaign is complete or until you ask us to remove it. We will review remaining records after the Bristol launch and delete information no longer needed.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe using the link in a Callout email. You can also email mrmoasfour144@gmail.com to request access, correction, or deletion of your waitlist information. We may need to verify that the email address belongs to you before acting on a request.
Contact
For privacy questions or requests, contact Callout at mrmoasfour144@gmail.com.
Changes
We may update this notice as Callout develops. The date above will show when it was last changed. A fuller marketplace privacy notice will be published before accounts, bookings, payments, or trader profiles are introduced.
